Orders are packed in the order they are received, and a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you need to update your address after purchase, please notify MNH immediately. Once the item has been shipped, MNH cannot take responsibility for it.
Packages are typically dropped off on the day of purchase if made at least 1 hour before the post office closes. Any purchase made during the weekend will be dropped off on the next business day.After the package is handed over to the post office, MNH is no longer liable for its delivery. If the package is lost or damaged, please contact your local post office using the tracking number provided.
MNH0959 is not responsible for lost or damaged mail. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy. Ground Advantage/Priority includes coverage of up to $100; or extra coverage can be added. Please file any claims directly with the carrier.
MNH cannot replace lost or stolen packages due to limited quantity. For added security, we recommend upgrading your shipping.
